To think I have been working on this blog site since January and have yet to review my co-blogger, The Illustrious Tony Spengler's podcast, All Flex, No Dex! It is a travesty that is finally going to be rectified!
This podcast is an adult 5e Dungeons and Dragons podcast set in the Valley of the Sunrise in the homebrew world of Epea. The party, consisting of Damon, Zenazary, Dinsbeet, and Dandy Lion, are charged with retrieving and destroying the Shards of Tiamat, which the evil dragons and their followers want to use to bring forth the evil dragon goddess into the mortal world once again. The heroes seem to be plagued with multiple wild magic items, such as the duck of many things and the bag of safe places.
There are many memorable NPCs, such as Flazenzo, the Deep Gnome Berserker, and Tall Hat, the traveling merchant of all things magical. There were also some special guest appearances by Azuloth and Ethan Reynolds, as well as the PCs getting to play the retainers of a Dragonborn cleric, Thalamus, Agate, and Severick! Hilarity ensues continuously!
Though currently on hiatus due to life and scheduling conflicts, they do intend to record more episodes. Will they continue where they left off? Will there be new characters? Will there be more adorable tea dragons and horrifying geese? Only time will tell.
